This release

This public release provides only the free local Try whiteboard and its informational pages. Registration, login, billing, cloud projects, and hosted collaboration are unavailable.

Local project data

The board is kept in session storage in your browser tab. Opening and saving folders uses your device and browser-granted file permissions. Project files are not uploaded to a SolutionBoard account. Recent-folder metadata and permitted folder handles may be remembered in local storage or IndexedDB. Save and back up your folder before closing the tab. Deleting browser data clears local preferences and remembered handles; it does not delete files you saved to disk.

Technical data and support

The hosting provider processes requests and technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and device information to serve and secure the site. Optional Sentry error monitoring may process diagnostic information when configured. A remote reference image URL is sent to the image proxy and fetched from its source; the source server receives that image request. Emails you send us are used to respond to your request. These activities rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operation and security, or legal obligations; consent is obtained where required.

Google AdSense and consent

When enabled, the free whiteboard may display Google AdSense ads in a separate rail. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and ad interactions to deliver, personalize, and measure advertising. Where required, your choices are collected through Google's certified consent management platform. Use Privacy and cookie settings in the whiteboard or on the ad card to revisit available choices. The app does not explicitly send project files to the ad unit; advertising does load third-party code on the page.

Providers, transfers and retention

Hosting (Vercel when used), optional error monitoring (Sentry), and advertising (Google and its partners when enabled) can process technical data. Appropriate contractual safeguards apply where required for international transfers. Local board data is controlled by your browser and your folder. Technical logs and support correspondence are kept only as needed for their purpose, applicable legal obligations, security, or legal claims.

Depending on applicable Swiss data-protection law and the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing and complain to the competent supervisory authority. Contact the operator above.
